This 6S management model project consists of 4 demonstration areas: QA office, drop pill workshop outsourcing room, water production workshop and storage center. Lin Hong, the company's deputy general manager, awarded licenses to the 4 model areas.

03 Issue a letter of appointment for consultants<<<<

The 6S management project invited Chongqing Jingzhuo Consulting Co., Ltd. as a counseling agency, and teachers Kuang Yu, Xie Jiangnan, and Liu Lingfeng as consultants to assist in the 6S management work. 04 Project consultant speech<<<<

In his speech, Mr. Kuang Yu emphasized that the 6S revolution has only a beginning but no end! The reform work in the future will be very hard, and the team must be prepared for a tough battle. During the whole project promotion process, the consultant teacher plays the role of a coach more, whose function is to guide the team in the direction of work, teach working methods and advanced tools, and ultimately rely on everyone to achieve the landing. 05 Speech by Chen Jun, general manager of the company<<<<

For the development of 6S management work, the company's general manager Chen Jun put forward three requirements:

■ First, we must deeply understand the connotation of 6S management. The ultimate purpose of 6S management activities is to improve the working environment, standardize work flow, improve work efficiency, and create a clean, tidy, comfortable and reasonable working space for employees. Grasp the connotation of 6S management, change from passive to active, and make every effort to promote 6S management.

■ The second is to seize opportunities and have the courage to develop. Everyone should face up to the problems existing in the current management, take the initiative to take on and consolidate their responsibilities, dare to innovate in the process of solving difficulties, and be good at letting go in the process of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, especially every middle-level cadre. A stronger sense of responsibility, urgency, and crisis drives the work of the department and workshop to make breakthroughs in the shortest possible time.

■ The third is to establish a sound and effective mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of 6S management. "6S management" is easy to say, but it is not easy to actually do it. 6S management is not something that can be done well after a few trainings. It must be done step by step, starting from sorting, and finally cultivating and character, thereby promoting the improvement of work efficiency. Step by step, persevere, do not engage in formalism, regularize and institutionalize 6S management activities, and gradually establish a cultural atmosphere of active participation, self-management and self-improvement of all employees.

The 6S project is a long-term project that requires perseverance and determination of all staff. At the start of the conference, all the participants carried out a solemn oath ceremony.
