In the process of Wanbang Pharmaceutical's comprehensive promotion of the implementation of the new version of GMP in 2013, the Shangma API factory took various measures to implement the management of each link:

First, in accordance with the requirements of Wanbang Pharmaceutical's [2013] No. 45 document "Outline of Work (Training) for Comprehensively Promoting the New GMP Management System", rationally adjust personnel and organize to participate in the GMP training courses held by the headquarters. In order to meet the requirements of Wanbang Pharmaceutical's intensified training, all positions in the factory area have strengthened training to promote the popularization of the new version of GMP training;

Second, according to the characteristics of the revision of the new version of GMP, efforts are made to increase the construction of the quality management system, improve the requirements for enterprise quality management software, and prepare and implement standardized post operating procedures SOP and documentation for each workshop in the factory area. In accordance with the requirements of "Environmental Protection Improvement", new rectification measures are put forward for safety production management, environmental protection management and cleaner production management in the plant area.

The third is to do a good job in the full implementation of the maintenance, repair and maintenance of the production equipment and process pipelines in the factory area. The public works, instruments, instruments and weighing instruments of each production workshop are calibrated. The workshop is arranged to spend 35 days in the fourth quarter to complete the completion of CFL Star (fine drying bag) new project and chlorpromazine project, canteen and office renovation.

At the same time, in order to improve the overall management level, a departmental assessment system was specially implemented to ensure the smooth implementation of the new version of GMP.
