On June 18, 2022, the opening report of the first doctor who entered the postdoctoral research station of Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group was held in the conference room on the 17th floor of the headquarters. Sheng Chang, Dr. Wang Jian, and Chen Jun, general manager of Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group, attended the meeting.

On behalf of Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group, Mr. Chen first extended a warm welcome to Wang Jian, the first doctor of the postdoctoral research station, and expressed his gratitude to the leaders of Wenling Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Fujian Normal University for their full support to this work.

At the post-doctoral research workstation, Mr. Chen said that the company will focus on the following three aspects in the future:

■ The third is to promote the output of results. Actively introduce and cultivate more industry leading talents, inject fresh blood into the company's R&D team, make breakthroughs in more major key technologies, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and provide strong scientific and technological talent support for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
