After the disaster occurred in Ya'an, Chairman Zhao Shouming immediately drew up a list of medicines to be donated to the earthquake-stricken areas, and contacted the organizations receiving donations for details. In the early morning of the 22nd, Chairman Zhao Shouming originally planned to go to Wenzhou to fly to Wuhan to participate in the National Drug Fair. After delaying the departure time, Chairman Zhao Shouming went to the company to urgently convene relevant personnel to study the donation of medicines, and decided to adjust the donated medicines from the original 1 million yuan to 2 million yuan. This batch of medicines includes Cefaclor Granules (antibiotic), Pediatric Paracetamol Huang Namin Granules (pediatric cold medicine), Ribavirin lozenges (antiviral), a total of 555 pieces. The Municipal Charity Federation attached great importance to learning that Wanbang Pharmaceutical had donated 2 million yuan of drugs, and immediately reported the situation to the leaders of the Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government, Municipal People's Congress, CPPCC and Provincial Charity Federation. Leaders at all levels highly appreciated Wanbang Pharmaceutical's righteous deeds, believing that it was the first company in our city to donate materials to the disaster area, and decided to hold a donation ceremony at Wanbang Pharmaceutical's site. At the donation ceremony, Zhao Yunming, Executive Vice President of the Listed Charity Federation, spoke on behalf of the Charity Federation. He pointed out that Wanbang Pharmaceutical, as a national high-tech enterprise, has always adhered to the corporate tenet of "pioneering and innovating, caring for life". With a good momentum of economic development, it has entered the top ten enterprises in Wenling for the first time this year. The drug donation from Wanbang is the first company in Wenling City to donate to the disaster area after the disaster.
