The QC team was established in March 2022, with a specific focus on the production of Huperzine A Injection. Their primary goal is to address challenges aimed at improving the overall quality and increasing the合格率 (pass rate) of the finished Huperzine A Injection product. In 2021, the company achieved a pass rate of over 90% for the finished Huperzine A Injection. Earlier this year, the team set a new target to further boost the pass rate by an additional 2%, launching this QC initiative accordingly.

The QC team was established in March 2022, focusing specifically on the production of Huperzine A Injection. Their primary goal is to tackle challenges aimed at improving the overall quality and increasing the合格率 (pass rate) of the finished Huperzine A Injection product. In 2021, the company achieved a pass rate of over 90% for the finished Huperzine A Injection. Earlier this year, the team set a new target to further enhance the pass rate by an additional 2%, launching this QC initiative accordingly.
During the activity, team members conducted a brainstorming session, analyzing and discussing the factors affecting yield from five key perspectives: people, machines, materials, methods, and environment. They then created a fishbone diagram and developed a "Key Factor Confirmation Table." Based on these identified factors, the team formulated and implemented appropriate countermeasures.
Under challenging conditions—such as the difficulty of handling the 1ml specification, stringent mold requirements, and non-continuous production—the QC team ultimately achieved outstanding results. The final product pass rate improved by 2.9% compared to previous levels, significantly exceeding the original target. Moreover, without increasing production costs, the company saw an annual value-added boost of nearly 6 million yuan, delivering strong financial benefits and enhancing the company’s overall profitability.
