Learning with "Quality" in Mind, Achieving "Quality" Without Compromise | Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group’s 6th GMP Knowledge Competition for "Quality Month" Concludes Successfully!

To further enhance all employees' understanding and application of the Pharmaceutical Administration Law, GMP standards, and the latest GMP guidelines, and to drive the deeper implementation of GMP standardization, Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group held its 6th "Quality Month" GMP Knowledge Competition on October 21st in Conference Room No. 3. Several leaders, including Li Li, General Manager of the Pharmaceutical Group, attended the event.

 

 

 

Intense competition, learning through the game

This GMP knowledge competition featured 8 participating teams, with four distinct rounds: the "Only You Can Answer" individual questions, the "Teamwork Together" team-based mandatory questions, the "Race Against Time" team-based buzzer round, and the "Conquer New Heights" team collaboration challenge.

In the first two rounds, each group showcased both speed and skill in their performances. After these two rounds, the teams were closely matched in points, leading to a fiercely competitive atmosphere. The third round focused on quick-response questions, testing not only the contestants' knowledge but also their reflexes. Meanwhile, the fourth round challenged teams with collaborative problem-solving tasks—ingeniously designed around real-world pharmaceutical business processes, pushing the difficulty level even higher. This round called for the combined wisdom and experience of every team member to tackle the complex challenges effectively.

 

 

To boost the enthusiasm of the audience and encourage their participation in the competition, the host interspersed interactive segments throughout the event, randomly selecting attendees to answer questions on the spot—spreading knowledge while simultaneously energizing the atmosphere.

 

 

 

 

After a fierce chase, the team from the Quality Control Department ultimately stood out and clinched first place in this competition.

At the conclusion of the event, Li Li, the company’s General Manager, delivered a summary and commentary on the GMP knowledge competition.
