01 Learn through activities, grow through competitions
The main activity for this team-building event is "team disc sports," a sport that originated in the United States and combines elements from football, basketball, and American football.
[ Pre-Match Icebreaker Warm-Up
Upon arriving at the event venue, team members first listened as the coach shared the history of frisbee sports. During the pre-game warm-up, colleagues from the Marketing Center linked arms, placing their hands on the shoulders of the person in front, helping to ease each other’s physical fatigue while also strengthening the bond among team members.
After a period of practice, the most thrilling and intense team activity of this company outing—the ultimate frisbee game—officially kicked off, with team members divided into four groups to compete against each other.

This is a project that combines both intelligence and physical strength—players on the field are constantly on the move, pouring out every drop of sweat as they fully embrace the thrill of the chase and savor the joy of sportsmanship. The entire match was brimming with passion and energy, perfectly showcasing the vibrant spirit and positive attitude of the Wanbangde team members.

The frisbee dodgeball competition requires team members to brainstorm strategies for their team’s victory. During the game, everyone actively analyzes the on-field situation, remaining calm and adaptable even when unexpected challenges arise—making each member a true "brain trust" for the team.
Some pass, others catch—each pass-and-catch is a moment of interaction, and every point scored relies on teamwork. During the match, one teammate accidentally fell, but their teammates immediately rushed over to help, because after all, we’re one unified team.

After a fierce competition, the winning team of this event was finally announced, and Ma Jian, Deputy General Manager of the Pharmaceutical Group, presented the prize to the champions.
