6S Management Launch Conference
On June 20, 2022, the grand launch ceremony for Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group's Lean 6S Management Initiative was held, bringing together over 170 attendees, including department and workshop team leaders as well as members at or above the team leader level, along with consultants from Chongqing Jingzhuo Consulting.

01 Announcing the Project Mechanism <<<<|endofcontentisolation.
At the meeting, Lin Hong, Deputy General Manager of the company, read out the organizational structure for implementing the 6S management project, the designated 6S demonstration area, and the corresponding reward and penalty mechanisms.

02 Sample Zone Awarded Plaque <<<<<
This 6S Management Model Project features four demonstration zones: the QA Office, the outsourcing room in the Dropping Pill Workshop, the Water Production Workshop, and the Warehouse Center. Lin Hong, the company’s Deputy General Manager, officially presented plaques to each of the four model areas.

03 Issuing the Consultant Appointment Letter <<<<<
This 6S management project has invited Chongqing Jingzhuo Consulting Company to serve as the guiding organization, with teachers Kuang Yu, Xie Jiangnan, and Liu Lingfeng acting as consultants to support the implementation of 6S management practices. During the meeting, Chen Jun, the company’s General Manager, presented appointment letters to the project consultants.

04 Project Consultant Speech <<<<<
In his speech, Teacher Kuang Yu emphasized that the 6S transformation is a journey with no true end—only new beginnings! He noted that the upcoming phase of change will be challenging, requiring the team to prepare for tough battles ahead. Throughout the project, the consultant teacher will primarily serve as a coach, guiding the team by clarifying the right direction, sharing effective methodologies and cutting-edge tools. Ultimately, though, it’s up to everyone to bring these strategies to life. Teacher Kuang Yu encouraged each team to quickly get into the right mindset—approaching this 6S transformation initiative with zero excuses and unwavering commitment, working together seamlessly from day one.

05 Speech by Company General Manager Chen Jun
Regarding the implementation of 6S management practices, Company General Manager Chen Jun outlined three key requirements:
■ First, it is essential to deeply understand the essence of 6S management. The ultimate goal of the 6S management initiative is to improve the work environment, standardize workflows, and enhance productivity—while also creating a clean, tidy, comfortable, and well-organized workspace for employees. To achieve this, I encourage everyone to truly embrace the essence of 6S management in the implementation process ahead, shifting from passive compliance to proactive engagement, and wholeheartedly driving forward our 6S efforts.
■ Second, seize opportunities and boldly explore new avenues. Everyone must squarely face the current management challenges, proactively take ownership, strengthen accountability, and dare to innovate boldly as we tackle these difficulties. At the same time, we should be nimble and resourceful in driving cost reductions and boosting efficiency. In particular, every mid-level manager must embrace a stronger sense of responsibility, urgency, and crisis awareness—working with renewed determination—to swiftly lead their respective departments and workshops toward groundbreaking progress.
■ Third, establish and improve effective mechanisms to ensure the success of 6S management. "6S Management" sounds simple, but putting it into practice isn’t easy. It’s not something that can be mastered after just a few training sessions—it requires a step-by-step, in-depth approach, starting with sorting and gradually progressing to discipline and character-building, ultimately boosting workplace efficiency. The key is to move forward methodically, stay consistent over time, and avoid superficial efforts. Instead, make 6S management an ongoing, institutionalized part of daily operations, fostering a culture where everyone actively participates, takes ownership of their tasks, and continuously strives for self-improvement.

06 Oath Ceremony <<<<
The 6S project is a long-term initiative that requires the unwavering commitment and determination of everyone involved. At the launch event, all attendees participated in a solemn oath-taking ceremony.

Attendees solemnly signed the signature wall, pledging to actively participate in 6S management and fully commit themselves to establishing the company as a benchmark for lean 6S management.

By implementing 6S management practices, we are confident that the company will further enhance its corporate image, streamline operations, boost employee morale, and lay a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
