The goal is to achieve "full-house success" in both production and sales throughout the year.
Wanbang Pharmaceutical has therefore decided to launch a company-wide thematic campaign centered around the motto: "Judging Heroes by Their Dedication to实干 (practical action)." The initiative calls on every department and every employee—regardless of their role—to align their minds and unite their efforts, firmly focusing on the core principles of "Three Comparisons and One Competition" (compare innovation, compare enthusiasm, compare contributions, and strive for higher rankings). Guided by the Scientific Development Concept, this campaign will closely follow the annual tasks and priority initiatives outlined by the Wanbang Pharmaceutical Board of Directors, ensuring that all teams work in unison to drive faster, stronger, and more effective progress across every aspect of the business.

I. Following the unified deployment and directives from the Wenling Municipal Party Committee and Government, Wanbang Pharmaceutical held a mobilization meeting on the afternoon of May 21st for its "Judging Heroes by Their Dedication to Practical Work" thematic activity. Attendees included members of the company's leadership team, heads of various administrative departments, directors of all production workshops, team leaders, and all staff from the company's departments.
II. To ensure the "Judging Heroes by Their Actions" campaign is carried out both thoroughly and enthusiastically, following the kickoff meeting held on May 21, Wanbang Pharmaceutical organized two additional events on May 24 and 30: a symposium for outstanding employees and young staff members of 2012, as well as a discussion session on the labor competition initiative. Attendees included department heads, company union committee members, and employee representatives from various departments and workshops.
During the symposium, employees from various departments and workshops shared their perspectives on the theme "Pragmatism Determines Success," jointly exploring the core ideas of this initiative. Drawing on their unique job roles, they delved into practical ways to implement the "Three Comparisons and One Competition" approach, ensuring that the spirit of "Pragmatism Determines Success" is truly put into action.
The two "Judging Heroes by Their Actions" thematic symposiums deepened the vast workforce at Wanbang Pharmaceutical's understanding of this initiative, boosted employee motivation, and accelerated the steady progress of all ongoing projects.
