According to the "Notice on Announcing the Results of the Recognition and Evaluation of Provincial-Level Employment Internship Demonstration Bases," issued jointly by the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Finance (Zhejiang HRSS Letter [2024] No. 15), Wanbande Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. has been successfully recognized as a "Sixth Batch Provincial Employment Internship Demonstration Base"!
For years, Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group has been committed to integrating industry with education, fostering collaboration between universities and enterprises, and jointly cultivating talent. Through initiatives such as collaborative research projects, joint talent development programs, and the establishment of student employment bases, the company has built robust university-enterprise partnerships with numerous prestigious domestic and international institutions, including the University of Sydney, Zhejiang University, China Pharmaceutical University, Zhejiang University of Technology, and Taizhou University. These collaborations have yielded remarkable, win-win outcomes for businesses, students, and academic institutions alike. Over the past three years, the company has collectively hosted over 200 students for internships and practical training, while also providing faculty members with opportunities for hands-on professional development. On average each year, the company recruits around 50 university interns, with more than 70% of these interns ultimately being offered full-time positions after completing their internships.
