The new employee onboarding training session for Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group concluded successfully.

On March 11–12, Wanbande Pharmaceutical Group held a two-day onboarding training session for its newly hired employees, providing relevant knowledge and skills to the 80 staff members recruited after the Chinese New Year.
This training session is divided into four distinct phases. In the first phase, Manager Xu Xiaoqiang from the Human Resources Department introduced new employees to the development overview and history of Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group, while also explaining key aspects of daily employee conduct guidelines and the company’s compensation and benefits system. The second phase featured instructors from the Taizhou Ju'an Fire Protection Center, who shared essential fire safety knowledge with participants. In the third phase, Officer Yuan Shiping from Wenling Taiping Community College provided new employees with comprehensive insights into corporate safety practices, covering topics such as fire and electrical safety, traffic safety, production safety, hazardous chemical safety, and basic environmental protection principles. Finally, in the fourth phase, Manager Jiang Yuehua from the Quality Management Department delivered an informative session on GMP standards, pharmaceutical regulations, and crucial knowledge related to microbiology and microbial science.
After the training concluded, the HR department conducted assessments and reviews of the newly hired employees based on the content covered during the session.
Following this, on March 22, the Human Resources Department once again organized a symposium for new employee representatives from each workshop. During the meeting, new employees shared their concerns and challenges—both in their work and personal lives—that they’ve encountered over the past ten days. The company promptly addressed these questions and provided clear answers to help ease any uncertainties. New employee representatives expressed that the company’s thoughtful care has enabled them to quickly feel welcomed and integrated into the larger Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group family.
