May Day Special | Paying Tribute to the Guardians of Quality—The Keen-Eyed QA Team

The injectable QA team is entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing Injectable Workshop 1, Injectable Workshop 2, and the Oral Liquid Preparation Workshop. Once all workshops begin production simultaneously, the team will inevitably face a severe shortage of personnel. Yet, despite this challenge, everyone has been working together seamlessly—dividing tasks effectively and ensuring that deadlines are met without fail.
Last year in the second quarter, in addition to their daily production tasks, they actively participated in various validations—ranging from process and cleaning protocols—took charge of products such as Compound Electrolyte Injection (Ⅱ), Memantine Hydrochloride Oral Solution, and Phloroglucinol Injection. During these validation periods, missing meal times and working late into the night became routine, with all-nighters often part of the daily grind. Yet, even under immense pressure and during those grueling all-night shifts, they remained meticulous and committed to maintaining the highest standards. Thanks to the team’s relentless dedication, every validation task was successfully completed. Their hard work and unwavering focus not only proved their reliability and diligence but also inspired us to believe that, like vast rivers flowing endlessly across boundless plains, dedicating ourselves wholeheartedly to our labor can ultimately lead us to achieve the stars we’ve always dreamed of.

As a key member of the QA team in Injection Workshop No. 2, Chen Linhao is responsible for overseeing the daily production of Phenoltris injection in Area A of the workshop. At the same time, he also plays an active role in monitoring and tracking the manufacturing processes and cleaning validations for products like Cimetidine injection in Area B—tasks that often keep him working late into the night, sometimes even pulling all-nighters several days each month. Yet, he never complains. Day after day, he remains on the front lines, tirelessly safeguarding quality, because timely and error-free inspections are simply non-negotiable. Even after spending the previous night assisting with validation work in Area B, the next morning we could still spot him bustling around the production floor in Area A—pushing through some of the most intense periods, where he once worked continuously for over 30 hours straight. Looking back on that challenging time now, he reflects with deep emotion: "This was undoubtedly the period when my workload was at its peak—and also the time when I grew the fastest, both professionally and personally."

Zi Yi joined the QA family in July 2021. We still remember how, fresh out of her student days, she carried that youthful innocence and a touch of uncertainty. Yet in just over a year, it felt like she jumped straight into high gear—taking on one production and validation task after another that truly tested both her mindset and skills. It’s as if she’s constantly painting an ever-evolving masterpiece on a pristine white canvas, shaping her vibrant life entirely through her own hands.

"When faced with a challenge, I remind myself that I must keep learning—especially when you're young and don’t yet fully understand. Under the guidance of my mentor Yan Mina, I quickly transformed from a complete novice into a competent "quality control professional." I still remember last year, when the validation for Compound Electrolyte Injection (Batch II) in the injection workshop clashed with the validation schedule for Memantine Hydrochloride Oral Solution in the oral liquid preparation workshop. That’s when Yingzi Yi and her mentor worked tirelessly on the shop floor for an entire week, racing against time to maximize efficiency. Guided by the life principles of observing more, learning more, asking more questions, and thinking critically, she successfully managed to overcome workplace pressure—and now she’s fully capable of stepping up, confidently handling all aspects of quality management. In her, we see the vibrant energy of a new generation, injecting a much-needed boost of vitality into the workplace."
