Zhejiang Provincial Party School advanced training class students visit Wanbang Pharmaceutical.

On May 28, 2013, trainees from the Zhejiang Provincial Party School's advanced study program visited Wanbang Pharmaceutical, accompanied by Zhou Xianmiao, Secretary of the Wenling Municipal Party Committee, and Li Bin, Mayor of Wenling. The majority of these trainees hailed from party and government systems across the province. Among them were Li Jun, Director of the Petition Office at the General Office of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People’s Congress; Wang Jun, Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at Zhejiang Provincial Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd.; Feng Yusu, Vice President and Party Secretary of the Provincial Socialism Academy; as well as prominent figures such as Wang Zhentao, Vice Chairman of the Wenzhou CPPCC; Li Jingqi, Vice Chairman of the Jiaxing CPPCC; Tong Jianzhong, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Quzhou Municipal People’s Congress; Zhu Ruijun, Mayor of Lanxi City; and Liu Jianhong, Secretary of the Party Committee at Huzhou Teachers College.
The trainees of the advanced training course enthusiastically toured Wanbang Pharmaceutical’s exhibition hall, eagerly asking detailed questions about the R&D, production, and sales of each product. Participants expressed strong approval of the product portfolio, market development strategies, and growth prospects—particularly praising the robust momentum of the company’s flagship product line: the Ginkgo Leaf Dropping Pills.
The delegation from the advanced training program listened to a report by Zhao Shouming, Chairman and General Manager, detailing the company’s development journey and its current business operations. Over the past few years, Wanbang Pharmaceutical has achieved remarkable growth under the wise leadership of the Wenling Municipal Party Committee and Government, particularly excelling in areas such as scientific research breakthroughs, patent applications, and new product development—yielding impressive results. Currently, dozens of product specifications have been included in the 2012 edition of the National Essential Medicines List. To address the growing demand that outstrips production capacity, the company has undertaken zero-land technical upgrades based on its existing facilities, constructing a brand-new Ginkgo Biloba Dropping Pill production workshop compliant with the 2010 GMP standards. The company is committed to scaling up and strengthening its presence, ultimately aiming to build a renowned Chinese national brand.
At the meeting, Municipal Party Secretary Zhou Xianmiao and Mayor Li Bin emphasized that Wanbang Pharmaceutical is a key enterprise receiving priority support from the municipal Party Committee and government. All government departments will fully back and provide excellent service to facilitate Wanbang Pharmaceutical's IPO process, actively addressing several challenges the company is currently facing—issues that are difficult for Wanbang to resolve on its own—and thereby ensuring peace of mind as the company continues its rapid growth.
The trainees highly praised Wanbang Pharmaceutical’s successful transformation and the company’s rapid growth momentum in recent years. Wang Zhentao, Vice Chairman of the Wenzhou CPPCC and Chairman of Aokang Group, expressed his heartfelt admiration for CEO Zhao’s inspiring entrepreneurial journey. While noting that his own company operates in a different industry compared to Wanbang Pharmaceutical, Wang pointed out that the two firms share remarkably similar growth trajectories. He wished Wanbang Pharmaceutical continued success and expansion, urging the company to strive toward becoming one of China’s top 100 pharmaceutical enterprises at an early date.
Leaders from relevant departments, including the Wenling Municipal Party Committee Office, the Municipal Government Office, and the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, accompanied the inspection.

After listening to General Manager Zhao's presentation, Wang Zhentao, Vice Chairman of the Wenzhou CPPCC, was deeply moved and immediately spoke up to praise Wanbang Pharmaceutical's progress.
