Building a culture of quality, jointly creating a high-quality enterprise | Wanbande Pharmaceutical Group’s 7th “Quality Month” event kick-off meeting successfully held!

[Lead]: The Quality Month campaign, initiated and organized under the guidance and deployment of the national administrative authority responsible for quality affairs, mobilizes extensive participation from businesses and society at large. Held annually in September, this nationwide initiative takes various forms, aiming to enhance the nation's overall awareness and standards of quality.
Quality Month Kick-off Conference
To develop and enhance quality management practices, continuously implement the relevant pharmaceutical regulations such as the *Drug Administration Law*, and ensure the smooth achievement of the company’s 2024 quality objectives, Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group organized and held the launch conference for the 7th "Quality Month" campaign on the morning of September 13. The theme of this year’s event is "Building a culture of quality, jointly creating a high-quality enterprise" Members of the pharmaceutical group's management team, department and workshop team leaders and above, as well as all members of the QA department, attended this meeting.
At the launch ceremony, Lin Hong, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered a keynote speech. In her address, Ms. Lin fully praised the innovative approaches and remarkable achievements of the previous "Quality Month" campaigns, and emphasized the following for this year's event:
First, "place high importance on and broadly mobilize." Taking the Quality Brand Story Competition as an opportunity, we encourage employees to further uncover quality-related stories from their daily lives, fostering a positive culture where "everyone values quality, everyone contributes to quality, and everyone benefits from quality"—all through a ripple effect.
Second, "strengthen the foundation and enhance management." Further strengthen the quality responsibility system, clearly define the quality roles and responsibilities of managers at all levels and operational staff, ensure that quality accountability is effectively implemented, consistently uphold the bottom line and red lines, and continuously enhance the level of quality management.
Third, "Embrace innovation and enhance effectiveness." , ensure the normalization of QC activities, continuously build on and advance these initiatives, so that the tangible results of the programs are effectively integrated into production and quality management, injecting vitality into the company’s sustained growth. At the same time, consistently strive to reduce costs and enhance efficiency in manufacturing, driving superior economic outcomes.
To date, the 7th "Quality Month" campaign of Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group has officially kicked off!
First, Wang Zhuhua, Manager of the QA Department, will introduce this year’s “Quality Month” activity plan. This year’s event will feature a variety of activities, including a quality culture wall display, learning and sharing sessions, QC group initiatives, and quality story exchange meetings—encouraging all employees to actively participate and demonstrate their commitment to ensuring product quality through concrete actions.
Following this, departments and workshops enthusiastically responded to the company’s “Quality Month” initiative. Representatives from each department/workshop took to the stage to deliver solemn pledges, firmly committing to uphold Wanbangde’s pharmaceutical quality standards and ensuring the safe and reliable access of medicines for the public. All attendees then signed the designated wall one by one, making a heartfelt promise to: "Uphold the quality baseline and continuously improve quality."
On the morning of September 13, Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group’s API Division simultaneously held the launch conference for its 7th "Quality Month" campaign, outlining plans to thoroughly carry out a series of themed activities during the month.
