Indications: For acute spasms of the gastrointestinal, biliary, and urinary tracts, including biliary colic and renal colic; also used as an adjunct in diagnoses or treatments that may trigger spasms.

Pharmacological effects: This product is an M-cholinergic receptor antagonist. Its peripheral effects are similar to those of atropine, with only slight differences in the degree of action. Notably, this product exhibits a stronger antispasmodic effect on smooth muscles compared to atropine, selectively relieving spasms and inhibiting peristalsis in gastrointestinal, biliary, and urinary tract smooth muscles. It can also be used to alleviate vascular smooth muscle spasms and improve microcirculation.
