Indications:

Pharmacology and Toxicology:
This product is a phenothiazine-class antipsychotic drug whose mechanism of action primarily involves blocking dopamine receptors (DA2) in the mesolimbic and mesocortical pathways. It also exhibits broad-spectrum antagonistic effects on dopamine (DA1) receptors, serotonin receptors, M-type muscarinic acetylcholine receptors, and α-adrenergic receptors. Additionally, at low doses, this drug inhibits dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone of the medulla oblongata; at higher doses, it directly suppresses the vomiting center, thereby producing a potent antiemetic effect. Furthermore, it suppresses the thermoregulatory center, leading to a decrease in body temperature, which can fluctuate in response to environmental changes. By blocking peripheral α-adrenergic receptors, the drug induces vasodilation, resulting in reduced blood pressure, and it also exerts moderate effects on the endocrine system.
