Autumn is crisp and refreshing, with the breeze gently brushing through the treetops—another perfect season for outdoor adventures. On October 9, Wanbande Pharmaceutical Group hosted its 2022 team-building event, bringing together over 100 colleagues who joyfully gathered to embark on a memorable journey to Houling Huakai • Xiqi Valley.
This morning’s team-building activities kicked off with group divisions. After warming up with the "Crab Dance" icebreaker, the event officially began! The balloon relay race tested both teamwork and speed, while the human tower challenge pushed everyone to their limits as a united team. And of course, there was the thrilling tug-of-war, where one big, focused effort brought the entire group together. Through competition, we learned firsthand the importance of collaboration—and through mutual support, we truly felt the power of our collective unity.
By lunchtime, we had reserved an entire barbecue area. Tender meat skewers, simple seasonings, and a few bursts of smoky flavor—everything came together to awaken our taste buds, letting us savor the joy of grilling, all in a laid-back, carefree vibe while chatting about everything under the sun.
