Quality Month | Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group Successfully Holds 2022 "Quality Month" Kickoff Event

[Lead]: The Quality Month campaign, initiated and organized under the guidance and deployment of the national authority responsible for quality initiatives, is an annual, focused event that encourages active participation from society as a whole—and especially from businesses—aiming to enhance the nation's overall quality awareness and standards.

To actively implement the "2022 Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group Quality Month Implementation Plan," and to deeply advance quality-related activities under the theme "Driving Quality Transformation and Innovation, and Promoting the Development of a High-Quality Enterprise," Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group held its 5th Annual Quality Month Kickoff Meeting on the morning of September 21 at the group’s headquarters, in the training room on the first floor. Attendees included members of the company’s leadership team, heads of relevant departments, and all members of the quality system.

 

       

At the meeting, Chen Bin, Deputy Director of the QA Department, provided a detailed introduction to the 2022 Quality Month Implementation Plan, covering aspects such as the implementation phase, key activities, and reward mechanisms. Lin Hong, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered a keynote speech, emphasizing three critical points: First, strengthen quality awareness and firmly uphold the quality baseline; second, reinforce accountability through robust systems to safeguard the gateway of quality assurance; and third, drive growth and enhance efficiency while solidifying the foundation of quality excellence. She urged all departments to take the Quality Month initiatives seriously and ensure their effective execution. By leveraging this month as a catalyst, she encouraged everyone to step up quality risk management across the board, fostering an environment where every employee values, contributes to, and ultimately benefits from quality—ultimately committing to delivering quality assurance at every level.

Finally, all attendees signed the signature wall adorned with the message: "I pledge: I will not accept substandard products, I will not pass on substandard products, and I will not release substandard products," followed by a collective oath. The firm and inspiring vow underscored the unwavering confidence and determination of every Wanbangde employee to "always remain vigilant about potential risks and work together to safeguard the quality of our pharmaceutical products."

 

       

The journey toward quality is long and challenging. Centered around the theme of Quality Month, Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group will progressively launch a variety of engaging activities, including a creative Quality Show competition, cultural wall exhibitions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and QC team initiatives. These efforts will actively encourage and involve employees at all levels, reinforcing our commitment to quality fundamentals, driving continuous improvement, and fostering innovation. By strengthening quality, we’ll empower our company to achieve greater success—and together, we’ll forge a new chapter in our quality management practices!
