6S Management: "Two Weeks, One Benchmark"

 

Following the completion of the 6S management model zone renovation at Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group, the four pilot zones have entered a phase of sustained maintenance and consolidation. Meanwhile, the first-phase relay rollout of the "Bi-Weekly Benchmark" expansion initiative is currently underway.

 

6S improvements continue to be implemented.

Phase I Acceptance of the Expansion Area

 

On the afternoon of July 30, Company General Manager Chen Jun and Deputy General Manager Lin Hong, accompanied by members of the 6S Promotion Office and their consultant instructors, conducted on-site inspections and acceptance checks at the Group/Listed Company, the Administration Department, Power Workshop (No. 1), the Solid Dosage Form QA Office, the Drop Pill Workshop (Intermediate Station), and the expanded area of QC Division No. 1. During the visits, General Manager Chen personally presented certificates of acceptance, congratulating everyone on the successful completion of the acceptance process for all six Phase I expansion areas.

 

  

  

  

 

"Two-Week Benchmark" Phase I Expansion Area Summary Meeting

 

The first-phase expansion area summary meeting for Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group's 6S Management "Two Weeks, One Benchmark" initiative was held in the training room on the first floor.

 

01 Review of the Improvement Journey

The meeting began with a summary video that reviewed the improvement journey of the six expansion zones.

 

 

 

02 Expansion Area Presents Report on Improvement Achievements

Six breakout sessions delivered improvement result reports to the conference, covering topics such as team introductions, a review of key issues, proposed action plans, highlights of successful improvements, lessons learned and future initiatives, and closing remarks from participants.

 

  

  

  

 

03 Advisor Kuang Yu conducts training on "6S Basic Knowledge" And dissemination of the "Competency and Safety Handbook"

The "6S Fundamentals" training covers three key areas: why companies should implement 6S management, the secrets to successfully rolling out 6S initiatives, and a comprehensive overview of 6S basics. Meanwhile, the "Professional Conduct and Safety Handbook" is organized into five main categories: civilized communication, standardized attire, essential workplace behaviors, personal protective equipment guidelines, and proper operational procedures. By highlighting the contrast between compliant and non-compliant employee practices, the handbook encourages everyone to adhere to standards and strive for excellence in every task.
