Chairman Zhao Shouming delivered a report on relevant issues. Wanbangde Pharmaceutical has been gradually resuming production since February 10, and as of today, 30% of its total workforce—entirely employees from Wenling—have returned to work. For employees originating from provinces with higher concentrations of such workers, the company plans to arrange chartered buses to bring them back in stages, after which they will be accommodated in hotels and selected employee dormitories for mandatory isolation and observation. He emphasized that, to ensure a smooth resumption of business operations while maintaining strict epidemic prevention measures, the company has implemented a comprehensive防疫 (epidemic prevention) plan and established a leading group dedicated to controlling and responding to the novel coronavirus outbreak. The chairman serves as the group’s leader, with other senior management team members acting as deputy leaders. Additionally, deputy general managers overseeing various business divisions, along with heads of departments, workshop directors, and key personnel, have been appointed as core members, each assigned clear responsibilities to effectively manage the company’s epidemic response and emergency protocols. To safeguard employee health, the company has established comprehensive health records for every staff member, adopting an "individual file" system. Additionally, the company is pursuing a multi-faceted approach to balancing safety with productivity: enhancing protective measures, providing thorough training on COVID-19 prevention and control, intensifying public awareness campaigns about防疫 knowledge, conducting regular temperature checks, implementing contactless boxed meal distribution, enforcing strict isolation monitoring, and strengthening overall supervision. As of now, the company has already stockpiled a substantial supply of medical masks, disinfectants, and other essential protective materials, such as alcohol.
Following this, Secretary Xu Renbiao highly commended Wanbande for actively fulfilling its social responsibilities during the epidemic prevention and control period, demonstrating heartfelt generosity by leveraging its overseas market channels to urgently procure 78,500 N95 masks and over 100 temperature guns, thereby supporting Taizhou City and Wenling City in their fight against the outbreak. He also expressed his hope that Wanbande will continue to dedicate itself to social公益 initiatives in its future development, further showcasing the company’s commitment and sense of responsibility.

Secretary Xu Renbiao emphasized that, in the face of a major epidemic, Wanbangde Pharmaceutical must take the lead as a publicly listed company, rigorously fulfilling its primary responsibility for prevention and control, with the safety and health of employees as its top priority. As production and work resume, it’s crucial to ensure that all preventive measures are fully implemented—this includes thorough personnel screening, robust internal safety management, and adequate supply of protective materials. Additionally, regular disinfection should be carried out across key areas such as production workshops, office buildings, employee cafeterias, and dormitories, while also boosting employees' awareness of personal protection. This way, we can keep safety risks firmly under control throughout the pandemic.
