Chairman Zhao warmly welcomed Vice Mayor Jiang Bingfeng and his team, expressing heartfelt gratitude to the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee and Government for their continuous attention and support toward the company.

Vice Mayor Jiang Bingfeng and his delegation toured the group’s industry layout sandbox model and product showroom. Chairman Zhao Shouming provided a concise report on the group’s 2018 activities, covering areas such as domestic and overseas mergers and acquisitions, strategic industrial restructuring, the return of core industries, industry upgrading and transformation, production and operations, talent and technology recruitment, innovation in science and technology, and future development plans. He emphasized that 2018 marked the inaugural year for Wanbangde Group’s comprehensive industrial relocation and consolidation in Wenling, thanks to the unwavering support and assistance from governments at all levels, which laid a solid foundation for the successful launch of this transformative initiative. Looking ahead to 2019, Chairman Zhao highlighted that it would be a pivotal year for the group to forge a new blueprint in the booming healthcare sector—and also a critical phase for deepening the ongoing industrial return process. Wanbangde Group remains firmly committed to its core manufacturing businesses, with pharmaceuticals and medical devices as its primary focus. The company will vigorously advance the implementation of its industrial return projects, placing a strong emphasis on driving innovation through cutting-edge R&D, tackling key technological challenges, and accelerating the commercialization of breakthrough innovations. Over the next five years, the group plans to invest heavily in building an integrated healthcare industry cluster that combines research and development, advanced manufacturing, and robust marketing capabilities—including establishing a nationwide online sales network. Ultimately, Wanbangde aims to establish a thriving, multi-billion-yuan healthcare ecosystem centered in Wenling.

Vice Mayor Jiang Bingfeng stated that, over the past two years, Wanbangde Group has experienced rapid growth, proactively "going global" while also actively "attracting investment." The company’s growing capacity for technological innovation has effectively propelled its transformation and upgrading. He emphasized that private enterprises, as a vital force driving local economic revitalization, must focus on scaling up operations, enhancing quality, and expanding into new markets. Looking ahead, Wanbangde Group should align closely with the region’s high-quality development policies and strategic planning initiatives, diligently pursuing innovative enterprise growth. By continuously strengthening internal drivers of development and prioritizing brand enhancement, the group aims to refine its core business, stay committed to real-sector industries, and contribute meaningfully to Taizhou’s "Year of Two Focuses," ultimately supporting the city’s vision of building a modernized Greater Bay Area.
