Wanbang Pharmaceutical Recognized as a Municipal-Level Demonstration Enterprise for Lean Management

On December 6, 2012, leaders and experts from the city’s refined project management team—including representatives from Wenling City’s Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Finance and Taxation Bureau, Administration for Industry and Commerce, and Quality Supervision Bureau—conducted an on-site evaluation of Wanbang Pharmaceutical’s "Refined Management Project," which has been implemented internally within the company over recent years.
An expert panel conducted assessments and evaluations across eight key areas: organizational management, strategic management, marketing management, quality management, production management, and information technology management. After listening to the project leader from Wanbang Pharmaceutical deliver a detailed report on the company's meticulous daily management practices, the panel carried out an on-site evaluation. Recently, the Wenling Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, in collaboration with the Municipal Finance Bureau, jointly issued Document No. 2 of 2013 titled "Notice on Commending City-Level Demonstration Enterprises for Fine Management in 2012," announcing that five companies, including Wanbang Pharmaceutical, have been awarded the title of "City-Level Demonstration Enterprise for Fine Management in 2012."
This prestigious recognition underscores Wanbang Pharmaceutical's achievements in advancing refined management practices, built upon a foundation of standardized operations. Moving forward, Wanbang Pharmaceutical will continue to drive innovation in corporate management, refining its existing processes and striving toward the goal of personalized management—ultimately contributing even more significantly to the sustained, rapid, and healthy growth of Wengling City’s industrial economy.
