University student employees at Wanbang Pharmaceutical receive a monthly living allowance of 100 yuan.

On January 11, 2013, officials from the Organization Department of the Wenling Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau presented living allowances to more than 20 college graduate employees at Wanbang Pharmaceutical, including Ruan Xinbo, Wang Yaoyi, and Mo Lina.
According to the "Several Opinions of the Wenling Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and the Wenling Municipal People's Government on Introducing and Cultivating High-Level Entrepreneurial and Innovative Talents," our city has established the "Wenling City Special Fund for High-Level Entrepreneurial and Innovative Talent." Starting from October 2010, this fund provides a monthly work-and-living allowance of 100 yuan per person to ordinary college undergraduates under the age of 30 who were recruited during that period. In the first half of 2012, our city disbursed over 320,000 yuan in living allowances to the first group of 427 college graduates. Notably, Wanbang Pharmaceutical had 19 employees among this group who received the subsidy. For the second batch this time, the city will distribute more than 510,000 yuan in living allowances to a total of 572 university graduates across the city—among whom 27 employees from our company are eligible to receive the subsidy.
