On November 22, 2012, as the entire city was diligently studying and implementing the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Chen Tiexiong, Secretary of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, visited Wanbang Pharmaceutical for an inspection and guidance tour, accompanied by leaders including Wu Haiping, Secretary-General of the Taizhou Municipal Party Committee, and Zhou Xianmiao, Secretary of the Wenling Municipal Party Committee. At 8:30 a.m., Secretary Chen Tiexiong and his delegation arrived at the company. Accompanied by Zhao Shouming, Chairman of Wanbang Pharmaceutical, and Yu Qingming, Deputy General Manager, they first toured the company’s exhibition hall showcasing pharmaceutical product samples. During the visit, Chairman Zhao provided a detailed introduction to the group—including Secretaries Chen and Zhou—about the company’s flagship products such as Ginkgo Leaf Droplets, Calcium Citrate Tablets, Bromhexine Hydrochloride Tablets, and Tongjingning Granules. Notably, Ginkgo Leaf Droplets are a nationally exclusive product that has become a first-line medication in clinical practice for treating cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and neurological disorders. Secretary Chen Tiexiong and Secretary Zhou Xianmiao expressed their admiration for the company’s impressive growth and scale. Later, during the research meeting, Chairman Zhao Shouming shared with the assembled leaders the company’s remarkable development journey and its visionary roadmap.
