Lin Hong, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivers a speech.

Lin Hong, Deputy General Manager of the company, delivered a speech on behalf of the Chairman, emphasizing that safety is the absolute red line and bottom line that the enterprise must uphold. She highlighted that Safety Production Month should focus on the central theme: "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows How to Respond to Emergencies—Keeping Life Paths Clear," ensuring that efforts are practical rather than merely symbolic or superficial. The goal is to guarantee safety measures are thoroughly implemented—from top to bottom and across all departments—ultimately aiming to prevent and reduce accidents effectively.

Meanwhile, General Manager Lin outlined several key requirements for carrying out the Safety Production Month activities:

First, always keep the "string" of safety awareness taut. Safety is paramount—ensuring the safety-first mindset permeates every aspect of production and operations. Regularly inspect and reflect on safety practices, firmly addressing complacency and侥幸心理 while resolutely preventing superficial or half-hearted approaches. By making proactive moves and taking decisive action, we can effectively implement and strengthen all aspects of safety management, ensuring that every task is thoroughly executed with precision and care.

Second, we must earnestly shoulder our due "responsibility" for safety. Leaders across the company and heads of workshop departments must always maintain the fundamental mindset of "remaining vigilant even in times of stability and planning ahead during calm periods." They should deeply understand their responsibilities, take ownership of their duties, and consistently put those responsibilities into action. It’s essential to establish a comprehensive, traceable accountability system that covers every employee and every stage of operations. By focusing on key individuals and reinforcing their primary roles, we can drive the organization’s shift from a culture of "safety being imposed on us" to "safety being something we actively pursue." Ultimately, this will foster a safety-first environment where everyone shares responsibility and works collaboratively to ensure workplace safety.

Third, we must continuously strengthen the "foundation" for safe development. Strengthen specialized safety education and legal training, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all employees through targeted programs. This will enhance safety awareness across the board, fostering a culture where everyone understands and actively contributes to safety management. Additionally, refine and improve the emergency response mechanism by conducting regular drills—such as evacuation exercises, emergency rescue simulations, and incident/disaster response training—to help employees achieve holistic improvements in safety management, safety expertise, and operational skills.

Fourth, we must firmly wield the "sword" of investigation and rectification. Strengthen safety risk management and hazard identification, implementing the three-tier inspection mechanism involving the company, departments, workshops, and teams. Combine comprehensive inspections with targeted checks, paying special attention to key workshops, critical areas, major facilities, and vulnerable points—leaving no blind spots. Inspection is the tool; the real focus lies in effective corrective actions, especially ensuring that identified hazards are addressed immediately and thoroughly.

Deputy General Manager Ye Jianguo delivers the event plan.

Ye Jianguo, Deputy General Manager of the company, provided a comprehensive plan for the Safety Production Month activities. He stated that the company will carry out a series of initiatives centered around the month’s theme, including promotional campaigns, a comprehensive safety inspection, safety education and training, safety awareness workshops, emergency drills, and competitions showcasing emergency rescue skills. By integrating online and offline activities, the company aims to enhance employees' safety consciousness and their ability to respond effectively to emergencies, ultimately strengthening safety management practices and ensuring secure operations for the business.
