Medication Safety Month | Safe Medication Use, Health for the People—Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group in Action

To further enhance the public's scientific understanding of pharmaceutical safety and meet the growing demand for safe medication use among the population, the 2023 Taizhou City Safe Medication Month event, themed "Safe Medication, Health for All," kicked off on December 1 at Wenling Intime City. The event was organized by the Taizhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation and hosted by the Wenling Municipal Administration for Market Regulation.
As a corporate representative, Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group was invited to attend the launch ceremony of "Safe Medication Month." During the event, Lin Hong, Deputy General Manager of the company, took the stage to deliver a statement. She emphasized that Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group will continue to strictly adhere to relevant national laws and regulations, maintaining comprehensive control across every stage—from drug development to material procurement, production, inspection, storage, sales, and distribution—thus strengthening the pharmaceutical quality and safety framework. This commitment ensures the safe use of medications for the public and safeguards people's health effectively.

Following the launch ceremony, the company was also invited to participate in the cultural performance titled "Safe Medication, Healthy Lives for All," where a humorous and engaging skit conveyed the central message: "Only by paying meticulous attention to every detail—and prioritizing safety above all else—can we truly ensure the safety of medicines."
On the same day, the "Pharmaceutical Company Open Day," a key event in the Safe Medication Month series, was held concurrently. Zhang Jinsong, Member of the Standing Committee and Deputy Director of the Economic Committee of the Taizhou Municipal CPPCC; Lu Jianyu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Taizhou Municipal People's Congress and Deputy Director of the Education, Science, Culture, and Health Working Committee; Ye Xingfu, Second-Level Researcher at the Taizhou Municipal Administration for Market Regulation; and Dai Meizhong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Wenling Municipal People's Congress—along with other representatives from the National People's Congress, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, community groups, and media outlets—visited the company’s exhibition hall for an interactive tour. During the visit, they gained firsthand insights into the company’s product portfolio and its comprehensive implementation of a quality management system, aiming to enhance public awareness and confidence in pharmaceutical regulatory efforts while fostering a safer and more transparent environment for drug safety.
