Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Named to the "2018 Top 100 Chinese Traditional Medicine Enterprises Ranking"

From July 15 to 17, 2019, the National Pharmacy Week and the China Pharmaceutical Innovation & Development Conference were grandly held at Shandong Building in Jinan, Shandong Province. During the event, five key sub-lists from the "2018 China Top 100 Pharmaceutical Companies" series—including the "Top 100 Chinese Chemical Pharmaceutical Companies Ranking" and the "Top 100 Chinese Traditional Chinese Medicine Enterprises Ranking"—were officially unveiled. Notably, Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group proudly secured the 69th position on the "2018 China Top 100 Traditional Chinese Medicine Enterprises Ranking."

The ranking was compiled by the Expert Committee of the Top 100 Chinese Pharmaceutical Industry List, organized by the Minene Institute. Relying on Minene Network's proprietary database—developed and maintained exclusively in China for many years—it captures the market dynamics across three key terminals and six major pharmaceutical distribution channels. The list focuses on two critical dimensions for pharmaceutical companies: innovation-driven growth and professional promotion capabilities. These were evaluated through a comprehensive, objective, and impartial selection process. Specifically, innovation drive was assessed primarily based on a company’s comprehensive R&D investment metrics, while professional promotion strength was rigorously defined using quantitative terminal data tied directly to the preferences and choices of clinicians and patients.

Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group has established a nationally recognized, model Academician Expert Workstation led by Academician Tang Xican, focusing on the research and development of huperzine A— an active ingredient used in anti-Alzheimer's drugs—as well as related pharmaceutical formulations.
