Deputy Director Xia Jiancheng from the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce conducts an in-depth inspection of enterprises.

On August 28, Deputy Director Xia Jiancheng and his delegation from the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce visited Wanbangde Group to examine the party-building work in private enterprises. Chairman Zhao Shouming accompanied the delegation during the inspection.
The inspection team first visited the sandbox model of the Wanbande Greater Health Industry Park project, followed by the product showroom, the Party Member Activity Center, and the Employee Shuttle Reception Room. Through briefings, document reviews, and on-site inquiries, they gained a detailed understanding of the various activities carried out by the grassroots Party branch of Wanbande Group. The Party branch leader explained that, since last year, Wanbande Group has been strengthening its Party-building efforts by launching the "Vibrant Wanbande" Party-building brand and innovating activity platforms—particularly focusing on five key areas aimed at injecting vitality through "pioneering Party members." In addition to these initiatives, the Party branch has actively fulfilled its social responsibilities by engaging in numerous public welfare projects, including "donating medicines," "jointly addressing water pollution," "organizing charity walks," and "supporting elderly care through small acts of filial piety." These efforts have significantly contributed to societal development. Furthermore, in 2018, the company fully implemented the inclusion of Party building principles into its corporate charter, proactively advancing the revision process. By May of that year, the Party Constitution was officially incorporated into the company’s articles of association, further enhancing the leadership structure through the "two-way integration and cross-appointment" approach. This move has enabled the Party organization to better leverage its political core role, actively guiding employees and Party members to take the lead in learning and fostering a seamless integration of Party leadership with corporate governance.
Deputy Director Xia Jiancheng expressed full recognition of Wanbangde Group's Party-building efforts, noting that the group’s initiatives in this area are distinctive, innovative, and delivering tangible results. He emphasized that strengthening Party building within private enterprises is crucial for fostering healthy and stable socioeconomic development. In the course of their business operations, private companies must simultaneously prioritize both Party building and growth—integrating Party leadership into their strategic goals while leveraging robust Party activities to drive sustainable business progress.
Zhao Shouming, Chairman of the company and Secretary of the Party Branch, stated that in the future, Wanbangde Group will leverage its unique corporate identity to innovate platforms for Party building activities, thereby boosting the vitality of Party work. The company will fully harness the exemplary role of its Party members, further strengthen the development of young talents, actively recruit outstanding young individuals into the Party, and drive both Party-building initiatives and corporate growth to new heights.
