Wang Han, Procurator-General of the Provincial People's Procuratorate, visited Wanbangde Group to inspect their implementation of "Green Justice," which is safeguarding the development of the non-public sector economy.

On November 22, Wang Han, Party Secretary and Procurator-General of the Zhejiang Provincial People's Procuratorate, along with Chen Zhijun, Procurator-General of the Taizhou Municipal People's Procuratorate, and other members of their delegation, conducted an in-depth调研 and考察 at Wanbangde Group. Accompanied by Xu Renbiao, Secretary of the Wenling Municipal Party Committee; Shen Yuncai, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee; and Yu Xinbo, Procurator-General of the Wenling Municipal People's Procuratorate, among other local leaders, they explored how procuratorial organs are practicing green justice to safeguard and support the healthy development of the non-public sector economy. Zhao Shouming, Chairman of Wanbangde Group, welcomed Procurator-General Wang Han and his delegation.
During the inspection, Chief Prosecutor Wang Han and his delegation visited the group’s product showroom. Chairman Zhao Shouming briefed them on the market positioning and sales performance of the group’s flagship products across various industries, thoroughly addressing their questions. Later, during an informal meeting, Chairman Zhao provided a detailed report on the company’s strategies for technology acquisition and independent innovation, as well as its efforts in product development and corporate transformation and upgrading. He emphasized that Wanbangde Group remains committed to driving its transformation and upgrading, firmly aiming to establish Wenling Wanbangde Health Town as a new national benchmark in the health industry. To achieve this goal, the group is actively introducing cutting-edge global technologies and products, thereby fostering comprehensive advancements and innovations within China’s medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. Meanwhile, Chairman Zhao also highlighted that, in recent years, the procuratorial system has launched a series of specialized judicial protection initiatives, providing robust legal support to help private enterprises thrive.
Prosecutor General Wang Han, after listening to Chairman Zhao Shouming’s presentation, expressed deep appreciation, noting that Wanbangde Group has consistently transformed its traditional business model since its inception—shifting from bearings to pharmaceuticals and now expanding into the medical device industry. This remarkable journey of transformation underscores the boldness and vision of private-sector entrepreneurs, giving Prosecutor General Wang a clear sense of the company’s promising future. He also commended Wanbangde Group for its significant contributions to the region’s economic development. Wang emphasized that, this year, Zhejiang Province’s People’s Procuratorate has prioritized safeguarding and supporting the healthy growth of the non-public sector as a key initiative. To achieve this, the procuratorate has actively fostered a fair, just, and transparent legal environment conducive to business operations, introducing "21 Guiding Opinions" aimed at robustly protecting the legitimate rights and interests of private enterprises and their leaders. Finally, Prosecutor General Wang encouraged businesses to strengthen their awareness of legal risks, ensuring they operate in full compliance with the law and uphold integrity in their development. He also urged party committees, local governments, and procuratorial bodies at all levels to collaborate closely, implementing judicial measures effectively at the grassroots level. Additionally, he called for enhanced communication and engagement with private enterprises, creating open platforms that facilitate direct dialogue between government officials and business leaders, thereby unlocking innovation and vitality within the private sector while ensuring the steady, lawful advancement of the non-public economy.
