To ensure the effective implementation of fire safety measures and promote the smooth and efficient execution of all operations, on the mornings of February 21st, 22nd, and 24th, 2014, Wanbang Pharmaceutical invited technical experts from a professional fire protection and plumbing installation company to form a dedicated fire safety inspection team. This team conducted a comprehensive "health check" of the office building, production workshops, integrated warehouse, as well as indoor and outdoor fire facilities, equipment, and evacuation routes in and around these areas. The inspection focused particularly on verifying whether each department’s fire safety equipment was in proper working condition, checking for rust or corrosion on outdoor fire hydrants and pipeline valves, and ensuring that regular maintenance checks were being carried out as scheduled. In addition, the team assessed how well the existing fire safety protocols were being followed, examining whether evacuation routes in every department remained unobstructed and free of clutter. They also addressed any broader issues in fire safety management by conducting a thorough inventory and verification of all fire extinguishers and firefighting tools currently in use, updating and organizing relevant documentation for fire equipment and tools. Any expired or corroded extinguisher cabinets were promptly replaced, with all units now arranged in designated, easily accessible locations. Finally, the team completed a detailed inventory of all fire-fighting equipment, ensuring that any missing or outdated items were promptly replenished to maintain full compliance with safety standards.
According to statistics, Wanbang Pharmaceutical eliminated four fire safety hazards during this inspection, replaced and refilled more than 20 fire extinguishers, and repaired multiple fire hydrant cabinets, laying a solid foundation for fire safety throughout the entire year.
