Using assessments to drive learning and strengthen skills: Skill certification showcases excellence | Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group’s professional skill level certification concludes successfully

To comprehensively enhance the professional skills and occupational ethics of employees and further strengthen the development of a skilled workforce, Wanbangde Pharmaceutical Group organized a vocational skills certification process on May 16, under the on-site supervision and guidance of the Wenling Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
This assessment primarily focuses on the certification for Junior (Level 5) Chemical Inspectors, with a total of 69 candidates taking the exam. The test combines a theoretical examination with practical evaluations: the theoretical portion evaluates candidates' depth of knowledge, while the hands-on component provides a comprehensive assessment of their professional skills.

In the theoretical examination room, candidates were seen remaining calm and focused, carefully answering each question. Examination staff and supervisors rigorously adhered to exam protocols, maintaining constant on-site monitoring and recording the entire process to ensure every step was conducted with precision, integrity, and fairness. Meanwhile, in the marking room, examiners meticulously reviewed and graded papers with utmost care.
During the practical exam, candidates demonstrated exceptional skill and confidence, seamlessly completing each assessment task—such as solution preparation, titration analysis, and pH measurement—with precision and efficiency. Their solid performance clearly highlighted their strong professional competence and expertise.
